Had a pipe burst in the crawl space during the latest cold snap in the northwest. Kaleo and his assistant, who I apologize for not knowing his name, were early to the appointment, expeditiously identified where the break was and repaired in a timely manner with all the courtesy you would expect from a service company. I would definitely recommend this business.

Needed a plumber STAT one morning because of faucet leakage. Called nearly all plumbing companies around my area but All Pro Plumbing services were the only ones that were able to come the same day, about an hour later or so. Thankful for the speedy service.

We were on a tight time budget looking to get an assessment done on a home we're looking to purchase, and All Pro was the first company to get back to us out of the 20+ I'd messaged on a (holiday) Sunday evening. They could get out same-day, ended up fixing the problem same-day, and for $200 less than any other quote I'd been given by other companies who got back to me! John even included pictures of what he'd fixed, before and after, in the invoice for us. Definitely a company we want to keep in our back pocket, I feel incredibly lucky to have found them!

Our Hot Water Heater went out on a Saturday and after calling 4 other places who were either unavailable or available with a ridiculous cost, All Pro was able to schedule a Tech for Monday, replace it with a Bradford White unit, and get us hot water at a reasonable cost in comparison! We felt the staff we dealt with in the office and the tech were honest and efficient. We would use them again for any other issues that arise.

Let me tell you, these people are amazing! We are doing an addition to our house and unexpectedly came upon the water lines and drain for our master bath vanity in a wall that was being removed. Kaleo came out and looked at the job. He told me this was gonna be easier to fix then I had been told by another plumber and much less cheaper. Kaleo and Nathan showed up, did the work that ended up including demo, and were complete in about 4 hours. Every question answered and pointed out that I have another issue under the house that doesn't even have to do with the plumbing. I would have never known about it and it would probably cost me damage in the future. I just couldn't ask for better service. Did I mention that they saved me more than half what the other company wanted to charge me? High-quality work and very personable people. I will call them and highly recommend them to anyone.
