Fall is officially here, even though we have been spoiled by the nice warm weather we should still prepare for the upcoming weather change. Here are some tips to help you with the season change.
Fall Tips #1 – It’s that time of year to make sure your gutters and spouts are clear of debris.
Fall Tips #2- Secondly, make sure the pit in your sump pump is cleaned. If the pump freezes, it will stop working, which can make a big mess. And if you don’t know what a sump pump is or where it’s located then contact one of our handy dandy plumbers.
Fall Tips #3- To reduce wear and tear on your water heater you should consider draining and rinsing out any buildup or residue that has accumulated. If this task seems daunting, our friendly plumbers would be able to assist in flushing out the water heater.
Fall Tips #4- Speaking of water heaters, you can adjust the temperature to 120 degrees for maximum efficiency.
