How to Prepare for a Plumbing Appointment

Thank you for choosing All Pro Plumbing Services for your plumbing project! We kindly ask that you follow these steps to help us conduct the best service possible: 

• When getting ready for an appointment, we ask that customers be ready to receive the plumber within the 2 hour arrival window. Our plumbers always try to arrive within the first hour and will call if running late or early.
• We ask that someone over the age of 18 be present at your home to let us in.
• Please have the area the plumber will be working in cleared of any items (ex. cleaning supplies under a sink) so that the plumber can get to work immediately.
• If you have any additional areas in your home you would like the plumber to look at, please let him know at the beginning of the visit so that he can manage his time.
