Thanksgiving Toilet Etiquette

Thanksgiving is literally just around the corner, and are you hosting this year?  Besides having to worry about feeding everyone, why not do some preventative measures to ensure that your toilet is in working order.  Here are some Thanksgiving Toilet Etiquette.

Thanksgiving Toilet Etiquette #1

After you clean the bathroom/toilet thoroughly (you can simply use an eco-friendly mixture of white vinegar and water) make sure you have some extra rolls of toilet paper visible.

Thanksgiving Toilet Etiquette #2

Also, place a clean plunger somewhere visible for your guests.

Thanksgiving Toilet Etiquette#3

You may also add some nice smelling candles/deodorizer, make sure you have clean hand towels and soap.

Thanksgiving Toilet Etiquette #4

You may also choose to post a note reminding your guest to flush the toilet after usage and not to flush any of the following items down the toilet: grease/fat/oils, pills, sanitary wipes, tampons/tampon applicators/pads, cotton balls, cleaning wipes, facial tissues, band-aids.

Hopefully these tips will relieve some of the stresses that may occur during your warm family/friends’ gathering.  However, if these preventative measures did not work please give one of our friendly plumbers a call at All Pro Plumbing (503) 579-5555.  We would love to address any and all of your plumbing issues.  From our family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving!
